CHERNOBYL COLLECTIVE PRESENTS : MUTATIONS


What are we becoming?

Come celebrate a new body of work from our Collective Members; Morgan Jamison, Chase Brown, Steph Cisso, Kevin Wallace, Fletcher VanVliet, Steph Ricci and Alex Stanton. Additional work from featured artists; Laura Weiner, George Cosgrove, Skuds Mckinley, Adric Giles, Steve Streisguth, Juan Arguello, MILK and Justin Duerr.

All artists will have their works on display as well as features in our new and improved Bam Pow Magazine (also featuring literary works by Sean Cox/ S.W. Whisler/ Mike Niemeyer!) We'll have copies fresh from the printer including the PhilaMYTHOS concert DVD, recorded Summer 2011 (featuring live music from Da Comrade!, Norwegian Arms, Secret Mountains, Lands & Peoples and projections from Eye Gate II). Back issues, prints and more!

Come early for the gallery reception, drink our wine and eat our snacks! Abandoned Building Brewery will be vending some of their finest craft beer!

Myths and legends, timeless echoes of humanity and that which lies beyond. This shifting pastiche of ancient culture and modern woe permeates our lives and dreams, etched into our collective unconscious. Chernobyl Collective Arts proudly presents an eclectic roster of fresh artists celebrating this universal theme.
Join us for this first Friday event, featuring work by Stephanie Ricci, Alex Stanton, Kevin Wallace, Adric Giles, Brooks Wilson, Steph Cisso, John Ricci, Adam Fergurson, Jenny Kanzler, Chase Brown, Morgan Jamison, AB Moore, George Cosgrove, Jesse Taylor, Fletcher VanVliet, Steve Streisguth, Dan Smith & MORE!

Many of our featured artists will be presented in BAM POW Volume 2, Chernobyl's fine art and literary magazine. Also featuring CHERNOBYL LIVES VOL 2, an epic compilation featuring amazing tunes from Tongue Sculptors, Caboder, UNIVOX, Your Children is Beautiful, Grass, Turbosleaze and much more! On sale at ze show!

Come early for delicious craft beer from Abandoned Building Brewery and a Build-Yer-Own-Dang-Taco Bar from Almo Zuppe! Stay for the evening presentation of films by Thomas Tiberio, Wesley Kays-Henry, Sean Cox and Bryan Green. Films will start promptly at 8:30, there will be popped corn.

The Artists of PENCAPCHEW will be attending this years Allston DIY Fest

@ Ringer Park, Saturday July 23rd 10am - 6pm



At the park there will be two stages of music - one acoustic and one bicycle powered stage with bands :
